well, we gave the actors the stage today. thats a relief. hard parts done, now we just have to paint. well, theres more than that, but its starting to come together, which is always neat. you can figure out many things by looking at plans and drawings, but you never truly know how something is going to look until its right there in front of you, big as life. i think this showll be pretty cool. especially because it doesnt use a forced proscenium like all of dr taylors shows. the space is really so much more than that. im having a lot of fun being master carp, but ill be glad when its over. ive noticed that i always feel like that. halfway to three quarters of the way through a production, i just want it to be over. some other people ive talked to have had similar feelings. i think thats kinda interesting.
