the pros:
-my supervisor:
I just want to say what a pleasure it's been working with Cathy and playing a part in her development process and overall experience. It has been inspiring to watch her grow. I have no doubt she will shine in whatever she decides to do. She has a great deal to offer and any agency or school would be lucky to have her.
-my other supervisor-
Cathy, your service stories and experience with service work are appreciated and valued. There is no failure on the work you've done this year and you should be proud of the gifts you've given this class.
-classmate-
Her enthusiasm is contagious! Also, her attention to detail, such as the detailed project management outlines and event cue-to-cues, are much appreciated.
-classmate-
Cathy what I admire about you is your ability to connect with people from different backgrounds and your ability to sympathize with everyone. It is for this reason that you are going to be able to make a difference in lives of the people that you work with.
-classmate-
Cathy has been an integral part of our team. She is the one who has kept pushing us to work as a team and reminded us of the work we are supposed to be doing. She is a very positive individual.
-classmate-
You plan out your time wisely and have good time management. You’re the type of person that gets things done. You have the know-how. And you do it with a smile.
-classmate-
Cathy is a driven woman who accomplishes all that she sets forth to accomplish. She is a wonderful spirit who inspires me to look at the world through different eyes and perspectives. She is very open and non-judgemental. She is passionate and her passion is contagious. She is a wonderful team member and easy to work with.

the cons:
-my other supervisor-
Continue to challenge yourself to find a role and leadership style that you want to play in the group and that makes you feel like you're contributing what you want to get out of the experience.
-classmate-
I wasn't even aware that she was creating the hunger banquet project outline until it was handed to me in TSP one day. She did an amazing job on it, but the task of creating the list of things to be done could have been shared with at least one other person.
-classmate-
Cathy I would like to see you asking other what they think a little more. You are so eager to get things done that sometimes you don't take the time to really listen to others.
-classmate-
I still think that Cathy takes on too much. She doesn't complain about it, but she always volunteers to do things, even though I know she is more than capable of handling it. I don't know what she can do to change that since it is also the responsibility of others in the group to do stuff too.
-classmate-
It sometimes seems as though you’re always doing a lot. I’m not sure if you ever feel overloaded with work, but you put a lot into the projects we engage in. I feel as though you volunteer a lot for tasks and it might be overworking yourself or perhaps not letting others work on needed tasks.
-classmate-
It is hard for Cathy to always get out what she is saying because it takes her a moment to articulate what she is thinking and also it is hard for her to voice her frustrations. I would encourage Cathy to work on letting her group members know when they are going too fast and when she needs a moment to process. Also if she could voice her frustrations to the group I think that she would be able to fully contribute her ideas and thoughts rather than be stifled by the group and her own frustrations.
