Hmm, I see some Mio, Azusa, and Mugi in your application, but I definitely see more of Sawako than anyone. From the very beginning of your application I started seeing hints of her. Your positive traits remind me of Sawako especially in season two, because once she decides she wants something done Sawako will get it done, no matter how much sleep and work she has to do to have it finished. She is very loyal and caring about the girls, but also has a bit of a temper and an emotional side as well.
I was kind of tossing the idea around of Mio as well, but your type of song choice also screamed Sawako to me, as opposed to the HTT girls. I mean she is a metal singer and guitarist after all. "Mature (most of the time)" really describes Sawako, you think she's very mature and cool, and then you look over and she's sipping tea with the girls procrastinating, or making outrageous costumes for them.
All in all, I definitely see a lot of Sawako in your application, even before reading that she is your favorite character. Like I mentioned before, I can also see a Mio-Mugi hybrid, but Sawako just stands out more in my mind.
