This is my head-canon. It may be entirely inconsequential, but it pleases me.
ALSO on the topic of Avengers! The inimitable kroki-refur has written Avengers fanfic involving birthdays and Truth or Dare, and by damn it is glorious. If you are inclined to reading Avengers fanfic, I recommend giving hers a try.
