Mini reaction to Sherlock Holmes: a Game of Shadows

Went to see it at the last show of the day, meaning there were maybe 20 people in the theatre, so that was cool. Here's a very short reaction post.

I also saw this movie with about only 20 people in the theatre - opening weekend. Most odd!

Enjoyed it lots though. Yes, RDJ's accent is a bit distracting, but I agree, he made a better job of it this time! (Maybe he's been listening to Stephen Fry!) Speaking of which. Stephen Fry in the buff is like seeing your favourite uncle with his kit off. Just.... ewwwwww! (No offence meant to Stephen, who I adore very muchly!)

Still prefer BBC Sherlock though...

I didn't really mind seeing Stephen Fry naked, I was just trying to figure out why. I haven't seen him in much since Blackadder though, so I don't have a mental image/relationship template built up to be shattered.

Stephen Fry's pretty much a national treasure over here. (Apt as he was almost showing the family jewels in the SH movie!) Not sure if you can see it online somewhere, but he presents a great comedy panel show called QI (Quite Interesting), and he recently presented a fantastic documentary about language called Fry's Planet Word. Truly a renaissance man! (And he likes football too.)

Stephen Fry is awesome! Last time he came out to Australia he filled the Sydney Opera House just talking about life, the universe and everything. I haven't seen the movie yet and I'm struggling a little at the though of Fry sans pants.
