It's what's called a comment-fic meme. People leave story ideas and other people write stories for them if they feel like it.

Probably wouldn't be something you'd be interested in though since you don't actually watch the show. XD

True. I just read the plot synopsis for each one online. And sometimes i get to read them ahead of them airing ;)
