Summary: Sherlock finds John at home on the couch - not speaking, not moving, not...breathing. He has no pulse and is literally dead to the world. Sherlock is devastated and refuses to believe it and refuses to move John anywhere. Lestrade and Mycroft are trying to persuade him, but nothing helps.
(PG/R - Established Sherlock/John, character death, grieving and angst. I could say more but spoilers, you know. Much less soul-rending than the previous one by the end.)

Summary: A fanciful accounting of how Sherlock Holmes (The World's Foremost Consulting Detective) and John H. Watson (M.D., ex-RAMC, and best friend of the former) came to be affianced and, in fairly short order, married.
(Implied R - First-time Sherlock/John plus suggestive pouncing and the aftermath thereof and perhaps a smidgeon of mild crack. Might be considered dubious consent in spots, but everyone's consenting all over the place in the end. Happy fluff to patch up the angst and woe of the previous two.)
