Heh, at this stage, though, I'm thinking if Ash is indeed alive and that wasn't just a continuity/FX goof, we will be getting seriously Kripke'd when it's revealed. Just because... you know... it's Kripke.

Someone at TWoP noticed that too. There was a bit of a discussion of whether it was a mistake, or if maybe he's alive. Dun dun DUN. Guess we'll find out on Thursday. Or not. *sigh* Watch him show up out of nowhere in, like, episode 3.08.

Ah, cool. I'm glad I'm not the only one who picked up on it, because that makes it more likely to be right! Yay!

I have been staying totally away from TWoP for this week, (except the Ackles thread, due to the incident), even the recaplet and the episode thread, because I haven't seen the promo and don't want to hear anything about it at all.

Watch him show up out of nowhere in, like, episode 3.08.

With Ellen. And both be willingly evil. But the boys don't fiigure it out for two episodes. Because it's Kripke's world, and he's a bastard like that.

Good call. In the Supernatural in the Media thread especially, they've taken the preview and the director's cut and analyzed them pretty much frame by frame!
