Greetings form the library...

Oct 14, 2004 17:08

so it's 3am last night. just finished HW, which had been put on the back burner when I got home from REH at 11pm and replaced with watching REALITY SHOW SECRETS REVEALED 2 on VH1 (was there ever a REALITY SHOW SECRETS REVEALED 1?) until 12, followed by WILL AND GRACE, followed by cleaning out my desk while Rach watched COPS (yes it's officially our guilty pleasure) followed by it officially being 1am, and time to start my hw. Reading and some typing things up for the show, easy. It's 3am, I'm done. I'm brushing my teeth as I'm packing my bag for the next day (which starts at 6am on tues and thurs as I work at Java City at 7am) and I glance down at my Theatre History syllabus to find written:

10/14--MIDTERM EXAM

Needless to say I was in a state of shock for a few moments until I glanced over towards the open window near my bed and felt how cold the breeze was.

Yes indeed, it's the middle of the semester. The midterm was actually very much okay and manageable, I knew most of it, but what I've been trying to figure out since last night and haven't been able to yet is

WHERE DID THE FIRST PART OF THE SEMESTER GO?

I'm off to rehearsal. See you cats later.

-god I have the bagel bites song stuck in my head.
