A quick review
2009 was a year to remember, for sure!
January: Surgery. Fantastic. :P
February: We applied for a small business loan. We didn't get it, but God knows best.
March: Found out we were pregnant! Biggest surprise of my life!
April: Turned 22, and had my first OB appointment. Saw my little bean wiggling around already and almost cried.
May: Bought our first house and moved.
June: Micah was in a car accident, fortunately he wasn't hurt. It actually ended up being a good thing- we got a better car in the end!
July: Found out we were having a girl! Bought our first pink outfit.
August: Our second wedding anniversary and the first anniversary of my little brother's adoption. On the same day!
September: Micah started a new job. It sucks in some ways but it's a steady paycheck with benefits.
October: I quit my job for "maternity leave", but I'm never going back. :P
November: Mikayla was born! Definitely the highlight of my year.
December: Our first Christmas as a family was great. We're about to spend time with friends we rarely get to see. It's going to be a nice wrap-up to an overall good year.
