Stever Irwin a.k.a. crazy Crocodile guy, is dead. He was killed by a sting ray whilst filming, strangely enough one of the two people to die of a sting ray attack in 60 years. I'm frankly stunned, because his whole act depended on flaunting danger, antagonising the world's most dangerous animals... and surviving, even though at the same time it was inevitable. And to be honest, that's why people could take the piss with confidence. Suddenly it's not so funny anymore. And to be honest... I feel kinda sad. I mean, how can that insane escapist be dead? It's as if one of Harry Houdini's tricks finally got the better of him. But in the end, dying for people's entertainment, for t.v.? Is such fame worth it in the end?
