Round Two
A few days ago I was listening to a particularly delightful orchestral piece on the radio when I realized I wanted to pick up violin again. Arrangements are being made for lessons, and today I have spent a few hours trying to learn a new piece, Waltzing Matilda.
I'm happy to say I'm playing a good bit of the song and it sounds pretty good too. I'm pretty excited because this was something I was worried about not being able to do during my last set of lessons. Until recently, I was afraid that I wouldn't make any progress, but after practicing today, I can see that I've got nothing to really worry about.
