You know, I usually tend to go for the warrior/fighter too but I loved that Delenn's spirituality was balanced. I love cultured, well-educated and I-won't-put-up-with-your-crap-on-your-say-so kind of spiritual people (Kira also pops in mind xD). I suppose I felt personally closer to Ivanova but what I really wanted to be was Delenn, does that make any sense? Besides, as much as I love Ivanova (and trust me, I never forgot her mantra *giggles*) the elegance and the royal air that Delenn carries herself with are two things that I cannot get over... xD

(re: Here come the Inquisitor) I spent virtually the entire episode like that -> :O

I remember reading that the actor who played Lennier wanted to make a guest appearence on DS9 but he didn't want to play an alien so he ended up in 7th season's 'The siege of AR-558'.
My only objection (and I was mad about it) is that B5 won the Emmy that year for the episode 'Severed Dreams' against DS9's 'The Visitor'. 'The Visitor' is the episode I always cry most (I've actually cried more over that episode than in the rest of TNG/DS9/VOY episodes combined). I was furious when I first found out, but I digress.
They shouldn't be really compared. If anything they take place 2 centuries apart and that should account for a lot. *giggles*

What I also found ingenious in B5 were the questions posed by Good and Evil.
And that in the end, if Good is unbend and superficial, it really becomes as bad as evil (that was my thought on Vorlons' refusal to get involved in the war etc etc). Delenn was great in talking some sense into them. bwahahaha!

the more I write about it, the more I remember to say! :P See what you've done? xD :p
And the whole Rangers chapter was awesome; the other Minbari's challenge for the One was just epic. (I have his name at the tip of my tongue! *headdesk* - the actor also played a cardassian Kira beat up in the 7th season... poor guy, he got this ass kicked a lot)

anyway, I'll stop here before I remember more or any other fun facts. :p xD
