Peevish Phone Stuff
When people call for someone, and I ask who is calling, don't they realize if they give me just a first name I'm going to ask for clarification (last name, where they are calling from and what it's regarding?) Don't get angry with me for doing my job, buster. I have the power (and permission) to hang up on your ass.
