i have never cried from being happy in my entire life...saturday night, cy- fair's cast for The Man of La Mancha changed that for advancing the farther than any cast of Mrs. Koern's years of teaching theater has ever gone.
so as much as you people on LJ from san marcos dont wanna hear this (or maybe i'm an egotistical asshole...) i've been thinking and ive made a decision...when i get the money to go back to college, I'm most likely going to University of Houston or something I can commute to...the tuition is less and my goal is to grab the first degree i can (more than likely history) and after graduating, god willing i have the money, going to film school. i wanna direct movies, and as much as i love all of san marcos (you guys included) Texas State University = money I don't have and it will not be helpful in obtaining my goal in a timely fashion. doesnt mean i wont visit though.
