My neighbors are quite loud, drunk and running around stomp stomp squeeeeeaaaal stomp fall crash laugh stomp stomp slam etc. It's hard to discern which neighbors, upstairs or down, but my money's on the skater grommets in the basement.
I feel like making my hair somewhat more obscene, so I ordered some additional shades of dye. moohaha! I shall have an even more ginormous dye palette, somewhat.
