Antic Cafe fanfiction- AUTHOR NOTE TO ANYONE READING "AROMA" AND/OR "SLOW AND STEADY"!!!!!!!!
HEY ALL!
I'm gonna give you all a background story, so you'll understand where I'm coming from, okay? I'm in the midst of writing both "Aroma" and "Slow and Steady". Now, when I wrote "Slow and Steady", it started over a year ago, and I wrote it off of a nagging inspiration in my head. But "Aroma" is therapeutic for me, giving me clarity and venting through a heartbreak muse.
...However... I only realized when I got a comment last month...
...Not only are they both Teruki/Takuya fics... but they're both ANGSTY, TERUKI/TAKUYA BREAK-UP FICS! x_x
Ah-ha, they are rather similar now that I look back at it...
With "Aroma", I've got the next parts and resolutions mapped out in my head. So, that's all done in my mind. But... I have not a clue what to do with the end of "Slow and Steady". Stupid me never planned that far, though I've got bits and pieces of future chapters for that written >(
In "Slow and Steady", I already have Teruki mentioning how passionately in love Miku and Kanon are and, by request, I have upcoming Miku/Kanon stuff. However, that totally doesn't fit my misfit pairing of Takuya/Kanon in "Aroma".
Hmm... conflicts, conflicts....
SO HERE'S MY CRAPPY RESOLUTION!
I'm NOT going to combine them, and believe me, it took a lot of thought to do this... well, not do this. It's just that, my parings go as such:
Slow and Steady: Teruki/Takuya, Miku/Kanon
Aroma: Teruki/Takuya (in the past), Takuya/Teruki (one-sided in the present), Kanon/Bou (in the past), Kanon/Takuya (one-sided...?)
Can you see why combining them won't work? I would if I hadn't mentioned that Miku and Kanon were a couple, but for "Slow and Steady", what I have finished anyway, it is essential that Miku and Kanon stay a couple.
I'M SUCH A BAD WRITER! HOW DID THIS HAPPEN??????
SO! Take it for what you will. "Aroma" can be a sequel to "Slow and Steady" if you all want (weird, because Aroma's more complete than "Slow and Steady" but whatever...) My only objection with this is... Kanon's gonna come off as a major slut XD He'll have not only been with Miku, but Bou and in love with Takuya as well XDDDDDDDDD
Like I said, take it with a grain of salt. It's just a horrible coincidence on my part, but I guess I'm a sucker for writing that whole "tainted innocence/ Teruki and Takuya angst", since it's totally out of both of their characters... or is it? hahahaa....
I truly apologize for any confusion, and this long-ass post @_@ In the meantime, while I'm juuuuuuust about done with school, here are my future fanfic projects:
Aroma (Teruki/Takuya, and others)
Slow and Steady (Teruki/Takuya, and others)
Sleepless Beauty (Kanon/Miku)
Stalker (yes, I'm still doing this one! "XD) (Bou/Toshi (OC), and others)
Cirque du LM.C (yes, I'm doing a different band!)
Aaaaaand something with Jiyong (G-Dragon) and Youngbae (Taeyang) from K-pop group, BIGBANG (cuz I'm in love with this pairing, just don't have a plot yet ._.)
And, after more thought, I decided NOT to make "Stained" a multi-chaptered fic. Sorry, but I feel like it's better as a one-shot.
