what have i been up to?
so i'm finally in week 8 of the 10 week quarter and things are going great; classes are slowly coming to an end and major projects are nearly completed. i don't really have any exciting news--other than i'm kinda talking to somebody. he's great and has made the simple country life up here in athens, ohio so much more enjoyable. the weather still isn't too bad--not much colder than it gets in dallas and every now and then it gets pretty warm. i'm having auditions this afternoon to replace an actor that i lost for my show next quarter (an mfa actor who decided not to return to the program) and then i'll probably spend the rest of the day working on my design for HENRY V. i'm also working on a research/casebook for Gorki's THE LOWER DEPTHS (thank God i never threw anything out--thank you judy for getting me off to a great start). well i'm off to have a little something-something for lunch. can't wait to get back to dallas--even more so now that i know i'll be able to catch the senior studios.
