Weiß--or weiss--means 'white' when used as an adjective and 'knows' in its verb form.

There are a number of Germans in the City. They should be questioned.

I would guess that this was a premeditated murder meant to incite fear and draw attention.

Justin...you're so smart. I love you.

Already knew the meaning though.

That's my guess too. If it was just a simple murder then it wouldn't be so obvious. And the crucifixion? My guess is that that means something.

Maybe someone knows about Weiss. Is there anyone by that name in the City? It's a common German surname, outside of its other meanings. 'Knows'... could it be a warning? A warning issued by Weiss, a warning to Weiss...

Crucifixion wasn't the cause of death. Given the universal significance of the crucifix, I think it's likely that the killer (or killers) chose it for its shock value rather than its symbolic value.

Hiro is there?

This definitely looks like a warning. It's too dramatic to be much else. Especially with the word there. As for someone by that name, it's possible. But I don't know who it is.

Oh I totally think the shooting killed her. There's too much blood.

Yep. He's there and Holly is patrolling.

...Hey...I found a 'Schwarz' reference.

If we knew who the warning was directed to...

Schwarz? That's also a common German surname, and it means 'black.' That can't be coincidental.

That's what I was thinking. Looking into where this is coming from.

Are you busy tonight? Because if not, I could use your brain in the lab.

Great. Totally appreciated. That'll mean I can have two computers and only have to watch one.
