Last minute tailgaiting updates. Tell your D-V-L friends
Ok folks. Marinades are on and I am excited so here are the breakdowns of flavors:
1/2 of the wings are in the same teriaki marinade I used last wings time.
1/4 of the wings are in a garlic and tobasco with hint of maple and honey and will be tossed in a parmeson cheese and breading on sat.
1/8 of the wings are in a margarita mix (three parts mix, 1 part 1800 tequila)
Final 1/8 are in a sweet combonation of banana liquor, maple syrup, honey, and lemon juice/ vinegar to cut the sweetness and help flavors blend.
I am excited about these wings people. If for no other reason as to try these marinades because they could make their ways into my recipe collection.
Also I still need a volunteer for buns, and cheese. So if you are in the block and haven't volunteered for anything help us out please. Ive shelled out like 20 bucks, Camille, Flagler, and Amy have all shelled out good money as well to help make this last SEC tailgaiting special.
Also I plan to get to there around 10 saturday so come early and GO GATORS!!
