New updated softball costs
Everybody will need to be willing to pay equal shares of the following fees:
1)About 200 set up fee for the city
2)20 a game for umpire/scorekeeper (probably one person pays a game or 2 pay 10 dollars per game on a rotating scale) We will play anywhere from 9-15 games depending on league size and weather so a 15 man team allows for equal distribution.
3)equal costs for uniforms (to be determined based on researching but basically shirts/pants/hats will be shared since they are standard)
4)cost of a set of new softballs (old ones are in huge supply for practice but a new one is needed per game)
These will be purchased probably at a cheaper rate through my Dad
Alright other costs for stuff:
1)Gloves: At Sports Authority online they are like 28 dollars at the cheapest. You can get many mits for under 40 dollars.
2)Shoes: Same site, they can be found around 65 dollars for quality or cheaper for less
3)Bats: ANy kind of quality bat will be at least 70 bucks
So if you get the cheapest shoes and glove that will be 100 dollars if not a bit more. If people want they can double up on buying a bat with somebody else but the 2 bats that Q and I have will not be enough. If you have a glove, that saves cost. Again, Q and I have aquired some supplies but people need to start getting there own stuff.
