Day 5:
A little more tired than I have been. I cut the two step, butt kicks, and high knees by about a second. Still very out of breath, but it's getting better. Stretching is working. I can sink a little deeper now.
I've also been trying to do some minor arm exercise with a 5 lbs weight for the passed few days. Something to tone up
