In my opinion, Frollo is one of the most realistic villains. He's pretty much has his own set of rules and defies anyone who should feel otherwise. He doesn't rely on any special powers other than that of an iron fist. He seems to be tormented by the conflict of his desires with that of his beliefs. But who can blame him, Esmerelda was hot!
