Dammit!
My damn space bar is broken again. I think it has to do with the humidity. It gets sticky sometimes and wants to space too many times, or not at all. Then I end up with these crazy entires that have 4 or 5 spaces between the words. I think that I should probably get it checked out. I called tech support and they were a bunch of dumb asses.
Today it rained all day at work. I had to stay late so that I didn't have to drive home in the worst part,which kept me until 6. I worked 10 damn hours today!! bleh.
Of course on the way home my windshield wipers got stuck and I had to pull over to yank them back into action. As I was pulling over to the side of the highway to do this, a cop passed me right as I got outof the car. He looked right at my poor wet, pulled-over in my nurses scrubs, all girly self and then just kept going!
What if there had been something seriously wrong? What if my car had broken down? What if my finger had just fallen off? What if scorpions had crawled in my ears and started playing video games with my mind? What then? He would have just la-de-dahed all the way back to the station, happy as a clam. Damn him! I've had cops help me in much milder situations than being pulled o ver on the side of the highway, and they were very nice. What was with this guy?
OH well.
On a side note, did anyone see that article in the Norman Transcript today saying that that guy in Purcell tried to eatthat little girl because he was on Lexapro? That pisses me off. Now how many people will stop taking their meds because they think that they might become canibals? That's irresponsible journalism!! Fuckers! The whole article was like something out of a fucking tabloid. It was all a huge stretch towards fear mentality to grab a few more readers. I normally support the Transcript,but this was fucking absurd...
