Upon Paul's request:
They accepted our bid for 3,000 less the asking price.
They agreed to pay our closing costs.
They agreed to move everything they're storing there out.
We'll know for sure if we want it on Thursday, that's when the inspection is.
I go in tomorrow to do paperwork for a loan.
Basically, if everything goes right (which it had better!), we close by the 16th.
AND THEN???
Huge party in the empty basement apartment.......even though it doesn't have a furnace or furniture!!!
Everyone's going to come?? RIGHT?
