Birthday
So I had my birthday last Thursday...I feel old. I'm past the early twenties now!! But at least it was a good time.
It was a pretty small event. I had dinner with my family and boyfriend, and then after, went out with Mish and a few other friends. Nice restaurants and clubs, two of my favourite things, so I can't complain. It was a good night and I was rather drunk by the end of it... so, definitely a good night.
My Mom got me this really cute black clutch/purse that got put to good use that night. And my Dad gave me money. Simple and very useful. Brit got me some clothes I'd had my eye on for awhile.
Mish got me all my drinks for the night and made the most adorable picture board for me with all the pictures of us and all our fun times, and pics of other friends I've hung out with. I think it was by far the most sentimental and I love going up to it and looking at it.
My boyfriend was a little more on the mark this time (as opposed to last Christmas's supply of wine) and got me an ipod nano!! I love it because I've been wanting one for awhile but have just had to listen to music on computer and CDs so I'm very pleased.
All in all, pretty great gifts. I love birthdays.
