Wow
Quite a bit of time since I've posted. Well, lots have happened. I recently came over with the flu. Had it for three days, still have a stuffy nose. Hopefully it will pass. No soccer game this week, Columbus Day. Hmm - what else. Been doing fairly well in Cross Country, didn't go to my last meet (had the flu at the time). Recently had a field trip to a Pequout Museum in Connecticut, near Foxwoods. Was a good time. Damned long bus drive, though. Played a football game yesterday with some friends, my team lost but it went fairly well. I dropped a lot of passes, no clue why. I'm usually good with that. I had 3 TD catches, 2 successful extra point kicks, and 1 2-point conversion catch. Almost had an interception, as well. Finally, I've met an uncle (Rui) for the first time a few days ago. Nice guy. He'll be the donor for my mother and uncle (Julio)'s bone marrow transplant which will be happening sometime this week, I presume (not sure on that). Also got a new LiveStrong bracelet, since my other one snapped before a Cross Country meet a while ago. That's about it for now.
