Like I promised this morning... After updating my website with tons of LotR fanart, the Navyboy muses told me I had to stop ignoring them. So, here's a Royal Navy lieutenant in less than undress.
However, I feel like someone hit the "snooze" button on my brain, therefore, you don't get any pseudo-intellectual babbling to go with this. It's really quite self-explanatory, I think. No story behind this one ~ just me indulging in my new fetish practising to draw parts of RN undress...
