It was supposed to rain yesterday. Apart from a few droplets at 11PM, nothing. So now the temperatures are back to 'blistering heat' and in addition to that, it's humid! *wails*
Whatever happened to "This is Europe. We don't know extreme temperatures, or other natural disasters (like floods, droughts, hurricanes...)"?
... oh, wait. We've had floods. ;_; Does that now mean this is what weather will be like from now on? But I wanna sleep at night without having to move my bed to the basement. And I want to shower in the mornings without being drenched in sweat 5mins later. *scowls*
Either way, the heat makes me a slug. Not much cleaning, not much vacuuming. I'm so lazy, in fact, that I haven't even planned my trip home yet. I could be home by now, but somehow I don't really miss home, and I have no real reason to leave L. *sighs* The city is less threatening without the uni looming...
I will phone my mom later today, talk to her about maybe spending the weekend here, then returning home on Monday. Hoping she's not planning anything on the weekend.
Also, I need to finish a few art projects - if I don't, I will have to take all my art supplies with me. *sees herself dragging a suitcase the size of a small car to the train* Not good.
Anyways, hope you've found a cool, shady spot to hide in. This is what I will do now.
