the chilly air is exciting. autumn is always full of promise. the summer is usually a waste, and i enjoy getting back into productivity.
i want to say that i've been busy lately.
spent last week in burnaby training for mountain west photography. i'm excited to be working with kids in schools again, albeit in a different way.
things are still pending on the legal end. when i called to inquire about the court date last week, the secretary was extremely rude on the phone at first, stating "do you think we just call everybody after anything happens?" not ever having dealt with a lawyer before, i told her that i had no idea how things worked. apparently i'm supposed to get a letter in the mail. she said the lawyer is still working things out with the prosecution, and i guess he's going on vacation until october.
i'm so crampy today that i'm going to the gym in hopes it'll make things feel better. i also haven't been to the gym in weeks so i'm due.
work starts up officially on the 7th of september. i was going to help danika/demonika as a personal assistant on the side, but i don't want it to conflict with either my school job, or my door job at the soda. working the tattoo convention could be a good time, but i'm not sure how retarded i'm going to want to be come then.
