so, i have a new apartment! in one week, i will leave my familiar, safe, cozy haven in astoria for a more rough and tumble year in bed-stuy, brooklyn. i can't wait. plus, my new digs are bigger, nicer and cheaper than my current domicile, and i'm fairly certain my fresh new roommate and i will surpass the small-talk phase (unlike my current living ( Read more... )

I've been fucking radtacular and awesome with all the reading/writing i get done. Except for that one part of summer, where my friend anne's face was like a mile and a half from my domicile and she didn't say hi nor nothin'. I'm afraid she's turning into an honest-to-god new-yoaka who hates everything and everyone who's not from NYC. This would be a sad turn of events, as she had been one of the more cuddly, huggable people i've known. if you see her, tell her i'm gonna guilt trip the shit outta her next time i see her. =0p
