Everything Will Be All Right...
I woke up way too early today (which I seem to be doing a lot recently on Thursdays), and had some extra free time. So what did I do? I went shopping!
First I went to the Gallery, only to find that most of the stores there don't open until 10. Bought a movie at FYE, wandered around for an hour, and then wandered back towards city hall. Got three books at Borders, some office supplies at Staples, and massage oil at Body World (anyone want a massage?). Caught a train to Temple, got breakfast, and got a haircut. Got it cut really short to try to stay cool when the weather gets warm again. I might even dye it blonde again for further coolness. All-in-all, I spent about $130, all before opening the store at noon.
The best part of the morning was buying books. I got Four Ways to Forgiveness by Ursula K. Leguin, the next Discworld book, and the third book in the Alvin Maker series by Orson Scott Card. It was hard trying to find a Leguin book, as I've read nearly everything she's written, but I'm starting to go through Leguin withdrawal.
