just moved back in the dorms and it is so desserted that it is really kind of creepy.
i'm literally the only one in the shoreland.
my friend monica is crazy. we had lunch and that was really good.
first day of duties as a student director for new student orientation. it was pretty fun. we had free food, spoke with dean boyer, susan art, and bill michel about all the new things for the coming school year. the u of c is kindly accepting about 40 students from schools in the gulf coast affected by hurricane katrina for the fall quarter who can choose to stya if they like, but will not be encouraged.
got a cool cell phone, depite my reservations. guess i'm a bitch of the 21st century now!
anyhow, the cpo is taking the SDs to a ropes course tomorrow at 7:30AM!!! ridiculous.
i'm out.
cannot wait for this really cool used book sale this weekend! Semhar and Monica....get ready!
