i love apartment hunting. and mariah carey.
may i just say...heck yes.
abby and i found the most wonderful apartment yesterday.
we had been looking around all weekend (we made like 10 appointments to see different places) and one of the last places we saw we just fell in love with. the guy is going to run credit checks and call our jobs and everything, and we should know by friday if we are for sure moving out march 1st or not. !!! i am way excited about this place. it's downtown (for those of y'all from albuquerque) on like 7th street and Coal, but is surprisingly un-ghetto...it's a 2 bedroom, it's got a big kitchen, vaulted ceiling in the living room, and the most fabulous victorian bathtub ever. Seriously, I am in love with the bathtub. I want to run out, buy some candles and bath salts, and move right in. And I will hopefully be able to go back over there and take a billion pictures, so that y'all can fully understand the fabulousness of this place.
in other news, my brother is in town. he got drunk and shot himself in the shoulder last week. yeah.
anyways i should get off the computer and go to school, i need to be productive. i'm working full time now plus school in order to pay for this move, so i'm pushing myself to my limit here. but come March 1st, it will all be worth it..
