Ok! Im officialy working on it. I'm Finnaly.. FINNALY getting off mylazy rump and getting out. ^^ Yep. I'm going to be dropping the pounds!*Or at least I hope* Hmm.. Here's the run down. I'v Officialy Banned Cokes from me, Completly watching whats inside the food I eat, cuttingthe proportions on, running at least 30 mins in the morning, Tae Kwondo Practice *at least what I can remember*, Tennis or wallball, Sit ups*Mom bought this ab roller thingy I'v been using alot. o.o;* 3 sets of50, and a Run for 30 mins at Night. I Think I'll be able to keep thisup. Thing is I still have a phobia of doing this stuff around people..So Im basicly doing this stuff when just Me and my little brotherZack's home and stuff.*rubs legs* XO I can already feel it, even though it's just been 4days. My Legs feel really tense and sorta sore. I guess It's working. Last night Mom took me out to the courts and we tried our hand at making some vollies back and forth. XD We got a couple good ones, but we sorta just chased balls alot. Anyway It's about time for school Cya later!
