Finally they are starting to see....
Theres been a lot of talk about diabetes and the two different kinds. More and more communication is surfacing in the last few years relating to the soaring cases of diabetics. Finally its nice to see them talking about what happened to me.
Having type 1 diabetes most of my young life and having it not treated was bad enough, but hitting 19 and in an instance seeing my soaring weight was worse. I spent most of my young adult life being treated for diabetes complications, but never being treated for diabetes. If someone had just taken a blood sugar test. The hyper-activity, the depression, the add, all of it.. is from living with high blood sugars. Headaches that were presumed to be migraines.. the list goes on.
All im saying is.. its nice to see that they are starting to research double diabetics.. and how a type 1 diabetic rapidly plummets into obesity, something I never understood.
