I totally meant to post this last night, but I was so concerned with woot.com's servers not working that I completely forgot.
Week 2, Day 1.
Today's task was: 4 push ups, rest 60 sec., 4 push ups, rest 60 sec, 3 push ups, rest 120 sec, 3 push ups, rest 60 sec, then max out on the push ups (at least 5).
Max Out: 20
Total: 34
Comments: I'm enjoying this still...but it's still super easy right now (AND I'm still doing girly push ups so I'm sure that adds to the "easy").
