I'm pretty sure that I'll never-ever-ever reach the 100 push up mark. But I'll keep with the program and see what happens.
Week 1, Day 3.
Today's task was: 5 push ups, rest 120 sec., 4 push ups, rest 120 sec, 4 push ups, rest 120 sec, 3 push ups, rest 120 sec, then max out on the push ups (at least 5).
Max Out: 22
Total: 38
Comments: Still doing the modified girly pushups, but I'm starting to feel really great. I concentrated on breathing better this time and so I was able to complete the "work out" without getting any cramps. w00t!
