road trip
getting ready for tennessee. we play UT sunday...and well they aren't that great so we're only bringing 14 girls. the boys team plays tomorrow and sunday..so we're staying in the same hotels as them to watch their games and destroy the city of nashville. hopefully we'll run into one of those ridiculous truck stops with amazing hats peanut brittle and t-shirts circa 1983. should be a crazy weekend...our van consists of me,jenn,hogan,hanna,mills,manno,pam,and garrett. if you know any one of those girls..you know this is going to be ridiculous.
oh i just found out i get to miss the spring ftx. basically its a field training excercise with army we have to do for one weekend per semester out at camp blanding. sleeping in barracks, eating MRE's, running around in the dirt, being kept awake by asshole seniors and being waken up at ridiculous hours....it's an awesome time. well thanks to my other extra cirriculars..(games vs. georgia and duke at home)..and my clutch connections with the colonel...i don't have to go.
this morning while doing situps in a pile of mud someone said to me...you joined the army to get dirty..get used to it. at this point im thinking...actually i joined the army to wear scrubs,be in the air conditioning, and take care of idiots like you who will somehow manage to shoot themselves in the foot. hooah you ass.
good thing i know how to keep my mouth shut...im way too much of a smartass for these people.
