Heroes & Studio 60... Then, Starbucks, ASOUE, & CSI:Miami
Yay, Tuesday! Heroes & Studio 60 day for me!
Heroes
- Nathan/Niki - WOW. HOT! Yeah, I like this pairing. They just... suited each other. I know, Nathan was cheating on his wife and Niki was sent to trap him, but... I don't know, their interaction was, uh, suprisingly honest! I mean he spoke of FLYING! This came from Nathan, who has been denying his powers. And then he told her about his kids and being happily married (btw, speaking of kids, didn't Niki say Micah is a boy genius? Hmmm... I wonder if that's some kind of indication of his power). I guess, you can interpret that as his 'ass' side, thinking she's the type of girl who won't care. But, hey, I guess BadAss!Niki DOESN'T care. I wonder why she did it anyway. To settle Niki's debt? Just cause she's horny? Hee hee... I guess BadAss!Niki does things regular Niki would never do (Hyde to her Jeckyl?). It was kinda hot seeing her kick that guy's butt in the elevator (and she did say "our son" right?).
And then there's Claire's dad and mystery dude. Did I hear correctly? Did Claire's dad say, "Just take the one." Which ONE??? By the way... I'm surprised BadAss!Niki stayed the night. If it were just business, she'd have left as soon as Nathan dozed off.
- Claire - WOW. Did she kill Brody? Not saying he didn't deserve it, but that means... Out of everyone, only the girls (not counting Simone cause I don't like her) have used their powers to actually kill someone. Wow. But I still love Claire. She's fascinating! And I hope she hooks up with Zach. That boy is too cute to be a geek.
- Hiro - Oh, cute cheating Hiro! Don't they know casinos pay very close attention to anomalies such as their continual wins??? Well, they were clumsy, but still very cute at it. Ando was sneaky, wasn't he? Pulling the Peter Parker card? And then his trash talk! Hahahahaha... And Future!Hiro! OMG! He looked kinda hot. And speaking English perfectly (well, the actor does, like Daniel Dae Kim from LOST)! Wow... When Peter's train stopped, I was like, ummm, okay, so far only Hiro can do this, but he's all the way in Vegas!
And then Future!Hiro showed up and I almost had a heart attack. I guess Peter isn't affected because, at that moment, he has the same power as Hiro. Hmmm, Peter may turn out to be an interesting character after all...
- Isaac was a bit better this week, but still kinda boring. I can't believe Mohinder was discouraged that quickly (and also, watching his scenes, I can't help but remember how the actor actually speaks with a perfect American accent -> I saw his interview on NBC.com). Poor Matt... Wonder what's gonna happen to him. Simone doesn't really exist for me (I just don't care about her ping-ponging between Isaac and Peter).
Studio 60
- Yay for Danny/Jordan! First she meeting him in sweats and baseball cap and he making a crack about it. And then he noticing she wasn't in the box ("Where's McDeere?"). Finally, he being so impressed with her rejecting RealityShowGuy that he pulled his "street creds" to get the other guy. Eee! Yeah, I'm feeling this ship :D. I want a fic. I wish somebody would write a Jordan fic that's not Jack/Jordan (where do they come up with this???)
- Sting was hot (What was that song he sang at the end? Sounds so familiar...). And Lauren Graham guest-starred! That was cute, considering Mathhew Perry dated her.
- Tom in a Lobster suit! Napping! That was hilarious, I couldn't stop giggling. And then he covered for Suzanne the PA, awww...
- I'm not feeling Matt/Harriett. I don't know why...
- Who is Christine Lahti? Her name sounds familiar.
- Yup, we got it Sorkin. Reality shows exploiting people's lives? Filth. Literary shows usually shown on HBO? Good. Well, that's what I've been saying anyway, so I ain't disagreeing...
Okay, well now I'm off to Starbucks to read the final A Series of Unfortunate Events book.
Gonna try to get CSI:Miami while I'm gone :).
