Struck lucky on my second day of job-hunting, at an upscale Italian restaurant in town. They're thinking of hiring me as a hostess, I just have to pass muster during a 'training session' tomorrow. If all goes well, I'll have a good job, and my money woes could well be over for awhile.

Only problem? I don't really own the clothes for hostess work. Oh well. Like everything else, I'll fake it until I can make it...to H&M.
