Bread
Good bread - I made a batch of the 18 hour bread I saw in Fabu's journal which tasted good and was easy. I love the taste of warm, fresh bread. I plan to do another batch this week end.
Bad bread - Trying to replicate Bearpaw's cranberry bread but substituting cranberry sauce for the whole cranberries didn't work. I cut the amount of sugar I used since there was so much sugar in the sauce but the added wetness of the sauce seemed like the main problem. I would have to make other changes for it to work. Now I have a nice loaf shaped door stop or object d'art. *grin*
