If it were up to me, I would give people gifts left and right. I love seeing the look on someone's face when I do something nice for them or when they get what they want yet, I can't really afford that this year. I'd like to go out to Abercrombie and get Darren new clothes, go to Gap Kids and get Jeff a cute shirt and then head over to Target

Two, I don't recall mentioning credit cards in that post at all.
Three, I am extremely grateful for what I have. The first sentence of my post said I would like to give and give until I run my bank account dry. Also, both my mom and I take names from the tree in church and she is a Santa's helper, taking letters that are sent to the post office and getting that child what they request this season.
My point of this argument was that my mom and dad want to remove gifts all together. This is a tradition that has been happening since both you and I were even a sparkle in our parents' eyes. I could care less if she went to the $1 store and wrapped up something useless--you just can't remove the gift giving aspect of Christmas.
Those who don't have enough, my heart goes out to them. And, like I said, my family does as much as we can to help.
I don't know why I just defended myself to a anonymous pussy but, Merry Christmas to you too! Now find something better to do than read my journal...
