It*s about TIME...

Okay so It's about time for an update from me. I can actually BREATHE now that I am done with finals. I am officially done with my freshman year of college, which sounds really weird and is REALLY hard to believe. It was only one year ago that I was at home in the smallest town in the world((Caddo))unaware of everything that is now my life. This year has brought me so much joy and happiness that has came in so many different shapes and forms. The most enjoyable form for me came in the shape of Friends. The people that I have met this year are so amazing and I honestly don't see how I made it 18 years without them. First off I met my cousin the Summer before coming here((which is weird I know, but I have a HUGE family))and we have really bonded and became extremely close and are actually going to be roommates next year which I am very excited about((Wesley I Love You!)). Then there are my roommates now. When I came here I didn't know anyone and I went Pot Luck with the whole roommate situation, it has worked out GREAT. Me and Amanda are One Tree Hill buddies and we have laughed and "not studying" together so many times. I am really going to miss our talks about "Stephen and (Richard)<--used to"HaHa. and Laura, I really havent gotten to know her as much as I would have liked but she is very sweet and was always there to answer my dumb questions because she is one of the most brillian and smart people I know. I am glad I got the opprotunity to know her. and then there's Blair who I can't see myself without. We didn't click instantly and I still remember the night that we just clicked and I knew then we were gonna be really good friends. It was one night when we were here at Riverside and we were both really hyper and me-her and Alex decided to go to Taco Bell((which became a weekly event at 12 o'clock)), I was dancing going up and down the hallway and people saw me and we just laughed and laughed ALL NIGHT! After that we became really close. I don't know what I would do without her now and this summer is going to be lonely without her around. =) and then theres Alex which has been a great friend to me as well. He will forever be my "Taco Bell Buddy" and the only person I know that would know any random trivia question ever asked. =) ((I LOVE YOU BOTH VERY MUCH)) WoW..I am not even halfway done..HaHa. I cannot forget all of my incredible freshman friends ((Whitney, Hayley, Bethie, WhitneyTalley, Lacie, Laura, Courtney, Heather, Rob, David, CJ, Ryan, Matty, Ben, and Nick) I think that is everyone, If not I'm really sorry. We have all just hung out all year and really just lived life together. They have been amazing influences on me and amazing friends to me. I havent gotten to hang out with them as much as I would have liked to but they know I LOVE THEM ALL and I can't wait to hang out WAY MORE next year. Then there's my BIBLE STUDY girls: If it were not for my bible study this Spring semester I think I would have gone crazy! It helped me to stay grounded in God's word and his will. Those girls were an absolute blessing in my life and I will forever be greatful to them for their encouragement to me and their christian influence on me. I LOVE each and everyone of you girls and if you ever need anything...I will be here. =) and last but definately not least is all the people at Calvary. I cannot even begin to name everyone but Each and every person that is a part of the college ministry at Calvary played a huge part in touching my life this year. If it were not for me finding Calvary, I wouldn't even want to know what my life would look like right now. The have been great a great encouragement to me and really gave me a HOME and a place that I fit in. I am very excited to be a part of the leadership team next year and can't wait to see what God has in store for next year. Thanks to all of you.

It is to God that I give all thanks for these amazing people he has placed in my life. It is hard to believe that one year ago I didn't know a single one of them and now they are a MAJOR part of my life. I am so thankful for them and what they have brought to me this year. My freshman year has been an amazing expericence, better than I ever could have imagined, and one I will truly never forget.

I Love you all and I hope you all have GREAT summers. Keep God #1. I can't wait to spend much more time with you in the Fall. =)
