Good news, bad news
Good news: I made a bag using this pattern
Bad news: Was impatient was putting snaps in,used scissors to make hole, slashed open fingertip. (bag took 3.5 hours including emergency department visit)
Good news: Fingernails stop sharp pointy things! Wasn't too deep. No stitches needed.
Bad news: Cannot use right hand properly. Finger hurts. Can't get finger wet or take tape off for five days until finger has healed. Am known for healing slowly, may need to leave it a week. Used hand and started bleeding again.
Also, bled on carpet.
However, big yay for living within minutes of a public hospital! Yay emergency department!
Need drink now I think.
