Yesterday was a really great day. I actually created something (the strawberry pie, which was FANTASTIC). I burned a total of 5 great cds that I've been wanting for a while:
+ Plumb - Chaotic Resolve
+ Relient K - Five Score and Seven Years Ago
+ Katy Rose - Because I Can
+ The Used - Lies for the Liars
+ Sarah Slean - Orphan Music
Orphan Music is Sarah's live cd but it's got a few remixes (shudder) and a few new studio songs. I really want to get a hold of her cover of Leonard Cohen's "I'm Your Man". Because at the concert that just knocked my socks off!
Anyway, we had a great dinner last night, too. Teriyaki (sp?) chicken breasts with wild rice and a salad and with strawberry pie for dessert. Oh my goodness. Too yummy.
Mom, Ryan, and I watched "Celebration Cakes" on the Food Network. It was so rad. I LOVE cake decorating and how much of an art it really is. All these contestants got paired up with total strangers and switching on and off every hour, had to create a celebration cake, like a birthday cake, wedding cake, etc. One of my favourites won the grand prize, no surprise it was all green and funky. :)
Overall, in a really good mood because of the interview...also, have IKEA to look forward to this weekend.
Gah! I have no idea what's happening this weekend! Everyone wants to do something! I'm really confused, because I haven't committed myself to anything, but I worry that everyone is expecting that we're getting together.

Billy, how serious were you about CS?
