You guys wish you had the sandwich I just made.
I made herb-bread last nigh, and today I made some lemon-rosemary chicken, and I used spinach instead of lettuce and topped it off with some sliced onions.
I must get more yeast for bread. Maybe I Could start my own yeast colony...thing.
It's too bad I don't have time for really cooking on weeknights. It is why I must indulge in these rare moments of un-regimented time.
And what is up with the price of pork? Are pigs in season or something? It's really cheap lately for some reason, and after I finish off this chicken, I'm mostly eating nothing but pork for the next two weeks because it was such a deal compared to more chicken, or heaven forbid, beef. It also seems lamb is definitely off the table until at least next payday.
I am seriously considering the possible financial benefits of going vegetarian, or at least eating vegetarian more often. I like eggplant, and tofu is dirt cheap in Japan. I'm mostly worried about getting enough protein for my weight-lifter's diet. Most of my eating habits are structured around making sure I get enough protein.
