waaaah raining hard!
I guess it's been a little while since I've posted. A few things going on I guess.
I decided that fashion school might not be the best option. I should call the nutrition school tomorrow to see if they are still accepting students for Jan. See, fashion school is $20,000 for 2.5 semesters. Then the supplies and books! OMG a few grand on top of that. And the career market for that industry isn't very stable. Sure learning all that pattern drafting and drawing stuff and sewing is fun, but I sort of know how to do all that already. It's my hobby. School is just good for connections and learning the business end of the industry as well.
As for the other option, it's a natural nutrition school. Tuition is only $6000 for what seems to be a 1 year program. And seriously, people aren't going to stop eating and looking for new fad diets and weight loss and general healthy eating. It's something I'm really interested in as a person who is always trying to mantain my weight. Maybe I can be a weight loss consultant and write a book or something. Obesity is a problem!! Mike and I watched Super Size me earlier this week. My ULTIMATE Thinspiration!!!
And yeah, it's raining pretty hard out!! I've actually been enjoying the weather. It hasn't actually gotten cold out yet. And the coloring and falling of the leaves is something I can truly appriciate this year because there is no chance that I have to rake them! It's lovely!
