5 Questions
Leave me a comment saying "Resistance is Futile." I'll respond by asking you five questions so I can satisfy my curiosity. Update your journal with the answers to the questions Include this explanation in the post and offer to ask other people questions. My questions from willowredwolfe are :
1. Is there anywhere you'd like to live besides Seattle?
I'm in Portland :) I love it here, but would like to convince a few others to move here too.
2. If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go?
Where ever I have friends. I'm not a big traveler, and am more into spending time with people rather than staring at places.
3. Who is your favorite author?
I don't have an overall favorite. When I'm in the mood for murder mysteries I'll read James Patterson, for geek type things lately I'll read Neal Stephenson, for glimpses from childhood I'll grab Dr. Seuss or Shel Silverstein.
4. I can imagine how tough your job is... does it really make you happy?
I really can't imagine doing anything else, so in that sense yes. At times it's much more stressful than I'd like, but there's something therapeutic about it. I've grown so much as a person by learning from (and with) my guys and seeing how various aspects of society and people within society interact to form a whole. When all of the pieces fit together- the learning, celebrating the good times, helping people, etc- yes it makes me happy.
5. When are you coming for another visit?
Don't know yet. Possibly around April.
