Trial by jury coming up is for disorderly conduct. Still don't understand why they took him from the state hospital to try him as a criminal and put him in criminal court rather than just keeping him in the hospital where his meds and behavior can be monitored. He's crazy, of course his conduct is disorderly; he paints his eyebrows on with hot pink nail polish and dances in the street for jebus's sake. Oh yeah, jail is cheaper than hospital even when someone should definitely never be put in general population. Just hope he doesn't have to wait the usual 10 days after going to jail to get his meds.
